The law firm Hodler & Emmenegger
was founded in Berne in 1922 and
adopted its present name in 1979. Its
client base includes private clients, Swiss
and foreign companies and institutions, as well
as industry associations.

Since 2001, Hodler & Emmenegger has been a member of the Swiss Lawyers Group, an association of law firms in Switzerland, with Studio Legale Foglia, based in Lugano, Hausheer & Partner in Zug and Martin Davidoff Fivaz & Associés in Geneva. Together they comprise over 20 lawyers, who can combine to provide integrated solutions in legal and commercial matters across Switzerland.

Hodler & Emmenegger is the Swiss member of TAGLaw, a global alliance of high quality, independent law firms with more than 140 member firms based in nearly 100 countries. Its membership of TAGLaw facilitates access to attorneys around the world.

The two offices in Berne are situated in the Elfenau quarter of the city, which can be reached easily by car or by public transport. The office in Zurich is located near to the centre of the city.
